Cancellation Policy

Notice Period: Bookings must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit. Access to Site: Access to the balcony or commercial space must be available at the scheduled service time. If our team is unable to access the area within [15/20] minutes of arrival, the appointment will be considered a late cancellation, and the deposit will not be refunded. Pricing & Conditions: Service duration and final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition and size of the space. Additional services, such as Deep Cleaning, may be recommended on-site if heavy buildup is present. Weather & Safety: For safety and quality reasons, we reserve the right to reschedule services due to severe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified as soon as possible, and appointments will be rescheduled at no extra cost. By booking a service with Halo Cleaning, you agree to these terms.
