Our team uses controlled pressure and professional equipment to clean effectively without damaging surfaces. Exterior cleaning is available for houses, condos, and commercial properties across Metro Vancouver. Services may include cleaning of: • patios and outdoor floors • exterior surfaces • outdoor concrete areas • building exterior sections when accessible Each project is evaluated based on the surface condition and size of the area. Service available across Metro Vancouver including Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Coquitlam, and Langley.
Cancellation Policy
Notice Period: Bookings must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit. Access to Site: Access to the balcony or commercial space must be available at the scheduled service time. If our team is unable to access the area within [15/20] minutes of arrival, the appointment will be considered a late cancellation, and the deposit will not be refunded. Pricing & Conditions: Service duration and final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition and size of the space. Additional services, such as Deep Cleaning, may be recommended on-site if heavy buildup is present. Weather & Safety: For safety and quality reasons, we reserve the right to reschedule services due to severe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified as soon as possible, and appointments will be rescheduled at no extra cost. By booking a service with Halo Cleaning, you agree to these terms.
